  When I got home, it did not work. So I called back and said you know, this is a hassle and I would like my money back. He told me sorry we cant do that, you buy stuff as is. He gestured that I was incompetent saying I didn't know what I was doing. I went out and bought a new DVD rom drive and guess what it worked!!

  These guys are super generous, weneeded parts for a project and they totally help us out. Went out of their ways, DTI are very honest. Good shop, good guys, forget best buy for your computer need.

  Well, the DVD rom did not work. I had this verified by another computer store in Sidney. So I brought my whole computer in and told him something wasn't working. He looked at it and changed a switch ( This is after I re-fused to pay a minimum $35.00charge). He said " There is should be working" I was excited.

  I really hope he does not treat all customers like this, this is a local store and everyone should be treated fairly. I put trust in the store to buy a used item that "apparently worked", and now that trust is broken. My advice is shop around, there are better deals out there.

  I went in to buy a used hard-drive, and DVD drive. The man told me they were in perfect working order and if they did not work to return them.
