  Was here for car rental drop off and bus shuttled to airport 5mins away. Although the place was small, the service was swiftly and smooth. Would rent from Enterprise again on Victoria Island.

  Trying to rent a car under a corporate account is a nightmare. The agent required a billing number. That number is different than the corporate account number which my office issued. Arrived at Enterprize and the agent would not rent a car unless the billing number was available. The agent would not approve even though a gave him the corporate business account number. Wow what a hassle, figure it out Enterprize.

  In Victoria BC, I went to both the Victoria Clipper and airport Enterprise locations to rent. I picked the car up at the airport and dropped it off near the ferry. In both locations the people who worked there were EXTREMELY friendly (I LOVE Canadians!) and helpful. The deal was pretty good, even after all the taxes and fees, and I enjoyed the car. They put me in a nearly new one, and went out of their way to do so. And they made it super easy for me to return it to a different location. I highly recommend them!

  They picked us up from our hotel so we could get the car, and then dropped us off at the ferry terminal when we were done with our car. They couldn't have been more friendly. The car was great and exactly what we needed. Couldn't have asked for more.
