  This is a rental service with fantasic customer service. I booked a vehicle a few hours before I would need to be picked up at the Victoria airport. Tom from Delta car rental was there to pick me up at the airport and when I was finished with the vehicle I took it back to the rental office and he drive me to to the airport. Very reliable personal and friendly service. I recommend renting a car from this establishment 100%! Thanks again Tom!

  The only thing I had concern with is that we may have had a hard time with pick up and drop off if I didn't fit in the backseat between two large kid car seats (a bigger pickup vehicle may be required if clients have car seats, just let them know ahead of time that you'll have car seats and I'm sure they'd be more than willing to accommodate).

  4 1/2 stars. We had a great experience with the rental. The car was very clean and in good condition, although an older model. Tom and Bo were both very friendly and helpful at Pickup and drop off at Victoria Airport. Excellent pricing and fast to get paperwork done, which is so nice compared to the bigger car rental companies where you can wait forever to get the paperwork done.

  They were able to provide us a van for our stay in Victoria and Vancouver at a rate that was substantially better than most other companies. When we landed at the Victoria airport, Tom was there to greet us like an old friend, even gave us recommendations to restaurants, which turned out to be great choices. We ferried across to Vancouver to spend a few more days, and we were able to arrange for Bo to pick up the van at the Vancouver airport, who waited for us patiently. Bo was wonderfully accommodating and personable. When I called to confirm the rental prior to our trip, he immediately recognized my voice and addressed me by my name. I don't think I could ever expect that from any other car rental company. Knowing we have a baby, they also provided us with a complimentary booster seat. All the staff at Delta (including David and Michelle on the phone) have helped us tremendously by making the car rental in Victoria and Vancouver such an easy and wonderful experience.
