  These guys are great!! this past weekend I was riding the galloping goose trail with 9 friends from the mainland. I had my bike serviced at home before I came and mentioned that the back tire kept leaking air. After a $70 bill, I thought my bike was good to go! Well about 20 kms in, I got a serious flat that could not be repaired. I got a ride to Russ Hay's, and they repaired it immediately for me and found the cause of the flat which should have been detected in the first servicing at home. The guys at Russ Hay's had it fixed and I was out the door 15 minutes later so I could join my friends who waiting patiently for me at the mitchell farm. Thanks Russ Hay's! You're the greatest!

  Thanks so much Aaron for fixing my back wheel and battery connection on Friday, May 5th! I was on a ride from Pender Island to Victoria when I was experiencing problems with my battery not providing me with assist. I stopped in at the Russ Hayes bike shop in Sidney and was quickly helped by Aaron. He was so kind and friendly and concerned that my back wheel was about to come loose, thus the battery connection issue. He not only fixed the problem but gave my bike a full safety check to ensure I was safe on the ride. Aaron suggested that I bring my bike in for a yearly maintenance tune-up which I agreed. I'll be booking it soon with Russ Hayes!
