  UPDATE: I met the new manager at a business mixer and because he was so friendly, I started to go to this bank again. The newer staff and manager are friendly people. They are comfortable and easy to deal with.

  Takes forever to do anything at this bank. Constantly will have 1-2 tellers with 15 people waiting in line. Not even open late anymore.... Only good thing is the ATMs open 24/7

  I have been a customer of this branch for over 30 years. I deal with all the other banks as well but this one feels like home to me. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and helpful assistance. There is seldom a line-up and the staff are knowledgeable.

  Worst bank location I've ever been to.. never enough tellers open and always a huge line, lots of staff walking around, yet none serving customers.

  Old review: My usual bank is near Uptown, but had to go to this one as it was close to work. The lady at the till was so rude, condescending and just should not be working for customer service. Walked in to get a new debit card and she gave me a lecture about losing it and how it 'was very concerning' to her that I had lost my 7th card. I should not have to even explain myself. I was so shocked. After I got my card, she had the nerve to ask me 'how was my service today?'. I strongly believe she did this just to make me more upset, i held my tongue and just replied that she got me what I wanted, then left. I will never go back to this branch for ANYTHING. I will stick to my uptown branch where all the employees are kind, helpful and cheerful. I hope other people did not have to deal with what I had to, it ruined my week.
