    Great staff, but darn, they never, ever answer the phone and if you leave a message, they don't call back.

    I was told she would take care of me and get me in today. She came back and said I never made an appointment (again blaming me) and told me I could have an appointment 5 hours later at the branch FURTHEST from my home. That's "taking care of me and making it right"

    Made an appointment online to come to THIS branch and open an account. When I showed up I was told I didn't have an appointment and was told that their system often does this and books people in a different province.
