  This was a nice hotel. Room was a good size for the family and rates were very reasonable and a good location for amenities. My one recommendation is that the spare blankets for the pull out couch could be actual blankets. They were more like a thick sheet.

  The staff that we spoke to were all very friendly and professional, love that it is close to everything , you can walk to the town centre, the harbour, beach, restuaurants and everything else that Sidney has to offer.

  This hotel was fantastic! The room was very well decorated and very quiet. The exercise room was well equipped and very clean. There is a guest laundry area which was a huge help at the end of our stay. Hotel staff were all very courteous and helpful. I would rate this as a "15" out of "10" because it was a really great place to stay! There is a restaurant on-site for breakfast and lunch but you have to go downtown to get dinner. It was very worth the value.

  Clean and basic. AC is a bit noisy, ground floor can be noisy during the day. Good location for food and coffee.

  The hotel is under renovations. Was good for an overnight stay as we were catching an early flight. The room decor is tired. Will be nice to see some updates in the future. Good location. Good value

  We stayed at the best western Emerald Isle INN at Sidney on Vancouver Island, after being recommended by Family. It was only a 2 day stay, but we found it to be a welcoming place to stay and will definitely stay here again.
