  This body shop had my elderly mother's car for 1 day shy of FOUR WEEKS. Because she didn't feel confident with a loaner car, she was without a car for that length of time. Absolutely the longest time for a repair that I've ever heard of, bar none. Needless to say, they did not estimate this time frame during the initial consultation. They even blew off the pick up day, causing my mother not an insignificant amount of agitation. Abysmal.

  The staff are all extremely friendly and really accommodating. The service was awesome. They repaired the dent in my front fender pretty quickly, kept me updated on my car's status in the shop via text, and they gave the car a detail and made the rental drop off/pick up quick and easy. And to assure me that sure they really appreciated my business, they left a thank you card in the car. It only sucks that you have to go to Superior Collision if you're in an accident! But if you are, this is definitely the place to go. 10/10 guys! Thanks!

  I had the interior and exterior of my work truck derailed there yesterday. When I got the billed I was a bit shocked at the cost and even more disappointed when I looked at the quality of the job. The vehicle looked like it was washed and waxed but definitely not detailed. There were blatant films , residues and dirt left on the vehicle. I expect more from a "detail" shop. I was disappointed and would not recommend having any detailing done there.
